Don't be afraid to go off menu , talk to one of the bartenders and tell them what you're feeling. You'll end up with something unexpectedly awesome!

Everything is good, bar tenders are world class , and a load of fun too.

Nice drinks done with maximum fuss and banter - and don't forget to ask about the secret menu (the steak tartare open sandwich is rather good)

These guys are grand masters in taming the untameable flavour that is Gunpowder Rum - get them to make an off-the-cuff creation (they love a challenge - seriously)

Ask for chocolate martini with Mexican chocolate liqueur . It's not on the menu ! :-)

This place is amazing. The menu has changed each time I've been back but I highly recommend any of their cocktails with Pimms.
