Had an ice peppermint drink which was very refreshing. Tastes like a more minty flavor Pei Pa Koa. Had plain white porridge from Chin Siang plus side dishes. Must have - stirfry kerang & ham yu fa lam

Probably the first food court in Kuching! Must try the siorbee/siewmai, kolomee, beef noodles , ngobi tng and ice kacang - these are amongst the best in Kuching!

Chinese stalls mostly operate at night. Food at Chin Siang highly recommended; esp chicken kacangma (w/ strong wine & herb) & pork fried w/ dark soy sauce & garlic that melts in your mouth!

Had the soybean milk and sio bi (siew mai ). Soybean milk was okay but I could taste the slightly powdery texture (not blended properly). The sio bi was bad; soft and tasteless ????
