This hotel is in the center of downtown Jax. Juliette's is a great place to dine on the ground floor. Daily buffets foe $14.00-$16.00 daily. The hotel does charge for daily parking .

If you don't want to valet, you can park at the open air lot next to the hotel and save $2 a day. It is also more convenient since hotel parking in the deck is on level 8.

Beautiful hotel , delicious food, and great service. For those that don't get to stay in really nice hotels often, this is worth the splurge. The Select Guest benefits are great, too.

what a luxurious rooms , very well decorated, very well furnished, very good ideal location,and a heart touching evening view , it seems like heaven, perfect for the tourists , definitely recommended.

I will stay here every time I visit Jacksonville. It is spot on in all ways! The pool is very tiny though if you're going for that.

Great downtown location. Within walking distance of many restaurants .

The hotel offers 2 complimentary passes to the Yates YMCA which is less than a mile away. It's a short 15 min walk.

The buffet is pretty good and reasonably priced. My favorite days are Tuesday-Chinese-Wednesday is Mexican food .

Always walk out of the elevator the opposite way that you think.
