Friendly & helpful staff , beautiful view , clean . Hotel restaurants are $$$, food is just OK. Nothing around other than Jacksonville Landing which is :P All nearby restaurants are closed on Sundays!

Starbucks coffee can be found at the coffee lounge / bar called Currents, which is in the lobby area, to the right if you walk in from outside. It's a bar at night, coffee shop by day. Good service .

Definitely the place to stay in downtown Jacksonville. Great rooms, tremendous staff and centrally located.

Best location for UGA Florida game. The Landing is 5 min walk. Great views . Check out pool on top floor

Don't buy your soda from the store in the lobby. They're $4.50, but only $2.00 from the vending machines on each floor!

Really enjoyed my stay, very nice large clean rooms .Serve Starbucks coffee in the rooms... that's a plus!

Park across the street, it's cheaper than parking at the hotel . Otherwise this is an awesome place!

Buffet breakfast @ 18.95 is costly, but a great, quality selection of foods is available.

Very nice hotel overall. The water is softer than normal though, so be prepared to spend a little bit longer washing off.

I think all hotels now should have inhouse Starbucks and free water bottles in rooms.

Hotel has a beautiful view of the Riverfront. To crewmembers its a long ride from the airport .

Pool is receiving a full overhaul. Aka THERE'S NO POOL. Not sure why they'd choose to do that in the summer.

Their New Year's Eve buffet was wonderful and everyone handled themselves in a professional manner.

Standard 3 star hotel , but staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. Not the prettiest waterfront , but water nonetheless.

oops.. couldn't plug my phone in by the bed for use as an alarm clock.. but the ipod clock radio was great instead
