Not so crowded as the rest of observation decks in Osaka and very affordable (700¥) but offers best views so you can relax and enjoy the view . On a clear day it is just breathtaking.
It's not crowded so you can take your time here. Came at night for some amazing views on a clear day .

展望フロア(252m)への入場料 大人510円（2014/4/1 消費税増税により10円増) 府の施設になってから値下げされたようです。 あべのハルカスよりは低いですけど、こちらはベイエリアも堪能できるし、入場料が安く て空いているので良いです。
