People said this is the best place in the city to get a francesinha and I believe it. They have about four different types. It's a caloric bomb, hard to finish unless you eat a lot. Consider sharing.
Great francesinha . We split one and, along with caldo verde soup , it was enough for both of us. They even brought it out on two plates, each with our own egg .
staff is good, and quick! authentic restaurant if you want to try francesinha . They have vegetarian francesinha as well . good quality and normal price, about 12€ person
It's quite an international place. but the francesinha is the best I have tried in Porto so far !! Long queue usually at dinner time ! But totally worth it. 10 euros for the full Francesihna + Fries !
The Francensinhas here are great, as is the service. It’s hard to go wrong in Porto though. Recommended.
Traditional Portuguese cafe which is already more than 70 years old! There are 3 variations of franchesinha , and they say it's the best place to taste one:)
Lovely cafe . The francesinhas are famous here and are good. My favorite fish though personally is the fish fillet with fries/rice. Really good prices.
Tried A LOT of francesinhas in different places and this is most def one of the three best. I go there every month and it never fails. Went there with ppl from all over the world everyone liked it.
The Francesinha here is superb- very good value and just €4 to upgrade the steak to sirloin . Service is excellent, it is very popular so try to get there when less busy
Their francesinha is famous, and it's really good (gravy and egg ). But don't skip the daily specials , good prices and food.
There's no Francesinha like Santiago's, and you can't leave Porto without trying it, so... Just make sure to come early to avoid long waiting times.
Go for the Francesinha (with an egg ) although the hotdogs are quite good; ask for extra sauce. Don't forget the 50cl beer
Very delicious Francesinha ! The place looks like a fastfood and the service is not the best but the food is really noce! Recommended!
Franceshina Santiago, best choise for 10.25€, is traditional meal in Porto
Very tasty francesinha . This place tend to get overcrowded so you need to go inside and write down your name to the line . Nice and organized system
Francesinha Santiago style very tasty ingredients and without a heavy taste. Tradicional atmosphere. Good service . ~9,50€
Best place for a francesinha , according to our travel guide. Maybe, but honestly, it’s not good and way to fat/salty/tasteless.
Best Francesinha in Porto ! They have just that dish on the menu, but it's really delicious. The highest price is around 10€.
My first francesinha and I was very pleasantly surprised. I was expecting something mushy and unhealthy tasting, but it actually tasted kind of refined and really flavoursome.
Its one of the best I have tasted. Balanced Francesinha , not the spicy kind. Good space, kind of a typical portuguese decor. You'll probably have to wait.
I went there because a friend of mine recommended me their "francesinha ". One of the guys of the staff was a bit rude, but I enjoyed trying their food anyway.
The Francesinha is really good here, the best I tried in Porto.
There is no unique atmosphere here, but the things you'll eat will make it an experience to remember.
Very good Francesinha but not the best one in town . The staff is very friendly .
clean space, tasty francesinha with good quality meat. PS: YOU CAN WRITE ON THE PAPER WHILE WAITING FOR YOUR FOOD ;))
The Francesinha is definetly worth giving a try. Very friendly staff and prices are ok. Would definetly recommend this place!
Get a completely full glass of vinho verde for €1.
Traditional and rather busy place, simple, but here you eat really good 'francesinhas ' setting next to local people
The best francesinha I've tried so far!! It has good wine and is considerably cheap !
The Francesinha is great! Can easily share with another.
Totally worth the waitingtime! Must eat in Porto!
Iconic place to take the famous franceshina , if you are looking for it, seems to be the perfect place to go.
They serve the best “Francesinha ” in town .
Amazing franceshinia!! The place is not so nice!!
One of the best "Francesinha" in Porto ! Highly recommended! ????
The francesinha was spectacular. Ask for the fries/chips on the side so they do not get soggy from the sauce/gravy.
Famous place in Porto, visit in the afternoon , it will be crowded at nights.
Francisinha was great. If there two of you visiting don't be shy to ask split it. Service was quite slow but friendly .
Francesinha is one of the best in town . They have quality and fast service .
One of the best Francesinha I've ever tastedtastedi.
One of the best Francesinha I've ever tasted.
Very nice Francesinha ! The service is not the best but the food is great! :))
Tasty food, good prices, and there is very comfortable inside, not hot and no smell from kitchen
Get the francesinha and nothing else! It's more than enough for 2 normal human beings.
The best francesinha in Porto . Very crowed sometimes...
Francesinha is a must here! Best in Portugal!!!
No doubt this is the best #Francesinha in Oporto. / Sem dúvida alguma a melhor #Francesinha do Porto!
Can’t tell from my own experience what is good in this place. But definitively this is not the best Francesinha you can find in Porto. We ordered also a bacalhau com batatas that was not good at all.
Great Francesinha ! Goes great with a beer . Wifi pass = francesinha
One of the best "Francesinha " that you will ever eat!
The best francesinha in Porto ! A must go .. In busy days is recommendable to reserve a table..enjoy - Mafalda Grilo

Breakfast is pricey at €20 per person but is worth it! Fresh OJ w/Eggs or cheese accompanying a bread basket & then fresh yoghurt topped w/red fruits and a glass of bubbly to finish. Very elegant! - Yasmin A.
Incredible view from the top of the bridge. You can walk through it and visit the other side of the river. Don’t miss this experience. - Pau
Interesting art deco building. It's a little bit worse for wear and tear. - Arthur Mitchell
