Hidden gem . Don't be alarmed by the entrance downstairs, once you get to the top level, everything will be forgotten. Super friendly staff (Cosimo, you rock).
The best staff in Florence, the guys at the desk are really kind. The place is all new and the view is 8-), just one more thing the stairs... But there's no way to have such a view without going up!
