Very happy to have stayed here. Perfect location on the outside of port of spain. Makes it easy to get other places on the island without going through POS traffic.

Not too close to central Port of Spain but being on the side of a mountain offers great views of the city .

Something I forgot to mention in my previous review: when you purchase internet connection in your room (15usd a day), that is valid for 1 device only...have more? pay for a new connection!

Nice hotel ! It's huge as all resorts . Rooms are fantastic.

A little outdated in some rooms but fantastic gym and all the staff are super helpful.

Breakfast buffet is very good with a wide selection of items from standard fare to local treats.

The hotel externally appears quite outdated. internally it is ok (rooms are spacious , bathroom with shower only). Rate resulted more expensive than at Hyatt (roomwifi 15USD a day and breakfast 34USD).

The female bathrooms are really nice love the design. Blue ambiance...

Older Hilton that's been nicely remodeled. It's a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Port of Spain from the hotel .

Great location..breakfast is fantastic and their jazz night on wednesday's is also very good

Terrible service with housekeeping. Many times they do not replace the towels&other stuff after fixing room.you constantly need to call (if they answer).

Rooms are being renovated but the hotel is getting old. Food is expensive and not great.

Room updates have been substantial. Hallways still have that old musty smell.

Poor customer service, horrible food, bad WiFi connection , very few positive for an expensive stay

Nice hotel but There's nothing around it. Also prices are kinda high and rumor has it that it's haunted by a female ghost who only appears to women.
