The best hotel a Trinidad. Confortable rooms , great view in both sides of the building: ocean or city . Great service and tasty food.

Very best hotel in PtSpain as of March-2016. The food (lunch and dinner ) are a bit pricey but spectacular in taste and presentation (even room service meals are awesome). You'll be glad you stayed.

The "Trini woman" drink was nice, the Caribbean burger and Mahi Mahi burgers was good. Staff was amazing, and the pool area is best early morning, late evenings. :-)

Goto the Friday night dinner at Waterfront inside the hotel . It's like a Brazilian steak house . You'll eat too much for a good price.

Rooms ending with 27 have balcony overlooking the see and the city , but you get very noisy party boat and beach club as a bonus for the whole night. We rejected staying there.

You can't go wrong with ordering a Bloody Mary . It was perfectly seasoned and the best drink I've had in a long time !

Hyatt is one of the best hotel in trinidad to spend big money on if you come to sleep for a day or two its for people with big money

Nice rooms and general infrastructure. You can charge taxi to your room.It's close to water you might get bitten by mosquitos on your room.

Waterfront restaurant is a good place for lunch , but don't experiment. Go for the local stuff: fish , chowders , curries , etc...price is ok for a hotel , but overpriced for trinidad standards.

Afternoon tea is served in the cinnamon deli from 3:30pm to 5pm every Monday and Wednesday.
