Great view and good light in daylight-love all items in their menu-Nice interior design in 3rd wave style-at nights this place is a little dim-A better Place to hang out with friends than having dates

it's a really nice place specially in non-popular hours, great for brunch ! kind staffs and delicious menu. go for it's granoll yoghurt !

Tired of usual cafes and looking for something super different share your table with strangers. It reminds me of a cafe I used to go in Warsaw. A must try. The downside is you can sit for 35 mins.

All-Time Favorite Bagel Sandwich with some weird, unique, and delicious type of cheese . Smoked-String Cheese I think. With Fresh Orange Juice . The best waffles . Really good fresh Juices and coffees .

At last a true authentic cafe shop in Tehran. You can enjoy a wide range of cafe/tea and in house baked cakes which gives a true meaning to well run and managed cafe shop.try the chicken rap ???? enjoy.

Nice place ! Good coffees , delicious waffle ! And interesting cold drinks, waiters are also nice and polite! But you have no privacy! Tables are so near together and not private enough!

Latte coffee is great! They have a very delicious peanut biscuit which you should try it. The atmosphere is very friendly :)

Fantastic!Granola yogurt is a must try also they serve the best Waffles in Tehran.The chicken sandwich with pesto sauce was delicious as well.The only negative point is the seating era

Best thing here is the staff , polite, helpful and tolerant! Cakes are not bad, Nutella croissant is great, orange juice is natural and refreshing, The placement is rather good, decoration is aweful

They've changed the menu!! It's no longer cheap but still fair ! The tea was awesome smelled like heaven,Turkey simit was delicious but I just can't stand the place and the people! It's jus not a cafe !

This time it was granola 's turn:))if you are fund of fruit yogurtand granola ,sam has the best ones.completely suitable for breakfast with yummy things in it.fair cappuccino but it was a bit cold

Try Nutella waffle with banana ... It's super great!! The coffee is excellent as well ???? but the walls are made of cement! So be careful when you lean on them, your scarf might get ruined!:-/

Very friendly staff , a unique interior design but it's a bit crowded in the evenings and the Seats aren't really comfortable , I tried the fitness salad and it was great????

I think that there is no cafe better than Sam! Enjoy a great cup of coffee and relax. The atmosphere is wonderfull and everything is just fresh and tasty. ????

Cozy cafe with interesting design.The butter & chocolate cake deserve a try. Cold syrup (khakshir) is a good choice in summer.

Waiters are trained . Polite, responsive and knowledgeable about menu. Cosy place . Man, u can order any types of coffee and just relax as they know what they are doing. 8/10 coffee and 7/10 cakes .

I simply love this place! One of my favorites! Everything there is perfect, though you have to wait for your turn if you visit there after 4o'clock!

Nice staff , cozy and friendly place. The problem is you can't smoke and if you want you should go to the terasse. And you may find the price a little bit high!

We had fitness salad , chicken wrap , carrot juice and the aloe vera juice , they were all fresh and tasty, sandwich sizes are kinda small

You have to try the waffles .the best part is that you can find waffles when ever you go there and its not only in breakfast menu .

It was crowd a little and you probably must wait a few times but the design was so interesting . Late cafe was more usuall but Waffle was much better than other cafe , It was so delicious

Expresso is extremely over extracted ! They need some proper barista to tell them either how to grind the coffee properly, or not to toast the coffee until it’s a charcoal :D place is cool though :)

Fairly good implementation of a third-wave coffee roastery with a Gothic industrial style design (not only ducts and pipes but also beams are exposed that makes a mixed Gray-Orange theme).
