Great atmosphere. Sit outside to enjoy the building and the foliage. The wait can be long. The food isn't amazing but it's good enough.

Why do I always come back to this place ? We had to wait for 30 minutes to get a table , parking is a disaster , food and drink's quality are average !But the atmosphere is lovely,so that's the reason

Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere ,sandwiches and salads were good.Service could better,we asked for ice they just brought a glass half filled with ice for 5 people.But the environment totally worth it

Beautiful design and amazing atmosphere. Everything was perfect but there is just one thing that upset me.We called waiters many times and they didn't care.They should be more professional and polite.

I went there for breakfast . The outside atmosphere was great. I tried khagine with grape syrup and that was fabulous! I'd also like iranian breakfast . Highly recommended!

The quality is average but I come here for the beautiful outdoor sitting area. It's a reminder of how Tehran used be 100 years ago. Sit outside with a cup of tea & just relax.

Chae bar was a very good restaurant with wonderful atmosphere,the area was beautiful with long trees and laver and remained the nostalgic memories . Altogether I like it ,but the staffs were dizzy

Great place to bring non-iranian guests in my experience. But if you want to come here be sure to bring your patience with you,They take a long and no one knows why. A good time every time nonetheless

Fabulous place for some authentic persian tea!we’ve been there a few times & the staff are always friendly and we love it! The persian traditional breakfast is a highlight!

Very nice garden , good masala tea and tasty shakes . a bit uncomfortable chairs and it's too crowded which makes you wait for a long time. The staff isn't polite.

Outdoor sitting is the greatest thing about this place. Chaibar was built in a big old house so you can take a tour in this place to become familiarized with Iranian architecture . Crowded & expensive .

fav place since 2008 ,, amazing tradittional taste ! great place for whole day meals and coffee , try the pomegranate pottage , winter salad and cubai chicken roll .

Chaibar has one of the best outdoor spaces among cafes in tehran. Sandwiches are nice as well . Nice place to meet and hang out with friends.

It's super nice to sit outside when the weather is fine. They have many different items for breakfast . I recommend the omelette .

A very cute place, I tried the carrot cake (from Sweet Bliss) and the cafe glassè, they were both very good, and they were taken to us very fast!???? In short words, good quality and good service !☺️

Great Atmosphere,a little expensive compared to other cafés with the same quality, also try to visit the Khoshnevisan Association, it's got beautiful paintings .

Though I'm in love with the place , they should rewise the menu! Pesto cheese dip is NOT acctually a dip , it's a spread followed by bread not chips !just ordinary creme cheese with a pinch of pesto !

Coconut latte tastes great! I order it all the time.Salads here are not so bad but the chicken is awful, order salads with no chicken . Homemade Ash and soups are also really good.
