Nice room but not clean . Found previous guests' floss under the bed. Towels are old and dirty colour. Far away from city centre. Anlilu metro nearby.

Change money before you get to this hotel . They would only change 500 HKD for me, and that at a bad rate. Wasted 40 minutes changing HKD at the Bank of China.
Bad pick up hotel guest n drop off at entrance. Security steps in within a second and start shoving the cars away. Least have a space for 5 min wait time around at the entrance.
this is a hotel that doesn't maintain, breakfast sucks, bath room smells bad, rooms smell mouldy, and room service sucks too.

توالتش شلنگ نداره - اتاق كوچك هست. نور اتاق كم هست- وان خيلي فورماليه هستش و قابل استفاده نيست. استخر بايد كلاه شنا داشته باشين و صبحانه خيلي تنوعش كمه
در ضمن لابي فقط ٣٠٠ دلار چنج كرد و بيشتر رو قبول نكرد.

Classic Ritz-Carlton hospitality with a Chinese flare. The staff was overly attentive. It’s situated in the business area, so very Western oriented with lots of high-end stores and (Chinese) food. - Jeffrey Wu
Absolutely incredible steelwork, amazing to see it up close and how it's intertwined. The interior is like any stadium but still so neat to see the Olympic rings everywhere, history placards, and more - Andrew C

Nice exhibition/convention hall. next to Olympic Park. Both CNCC Grand 4* & Intercontinental 5* hotels very close. Intercontinental is much nicer. - Alex C
