Luxury Hotel ! Staff pampers their guests. Loved being able to push a button & black out (auto-windows) the entire suite after traveling 22hours. Loved the turn down service & complimentary chocolates .
Classic Ritz-Carlton hospitality with a Chinese flare. The staff was overly attentive. It’s situated in the business area, so very Western oriented with lots of high-end stores and (Chinese) food.
The city ’s first on-site hotel wedding chapel offers guests private salons before the wedding ceremony and a spacious function area for hosting large private banquets.

Try the Sunday buffet brunch at Cru. Worth the price tag with all you can eat oysters, cured hams , shrimp , tuna , salmon , fois gras and an entree of your choice (wagyu or maine lobster on menu).

The indoor pool at The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing plays underwater music for guests to enjoy during their evening swim .
It's what you would expect from a Ritz. Old school glam. Staff is very polite. There is a walkway on the bottom floor to get to and from the Marriot and the Ritz.
The staff is incredible and really goes the extra mile to make your stay special
A cup of coffee in lobby lounge costs RMB118!!! Ridiculously expensive , it's a double of Asahi which costs RMB68 and comes with nuts , whereas my coffee only has a small cookie
Free WiFi in lobby and cafe . Do try their lamb stew at Yue restaurant , one of the best in China.
Club Lounge at 16F, nice place to have biz meetings and work during work hours. Big chance running into JC.
At Ritz you should expect invisible service of very high level. Instead, you feel like every dirty corner (there are a lot) shouts "I'm Ritz!" but no one remembers who pays in the end of the day...
Good environment. Friendly and professional staff .
Really old era nice but handed over three red bills for a tea and a cappuccino .
The business lunch is a good deal . Nobu is good but expensive . Read more
Traditional Ritz, the second one to open before Olympic, unfortunately it was slightly rushed to open before the game. Otherwise the Italian is pretty chic restaurant to try
Try the fitness center , you might be working out alongside Jackie Chan
It is said that the found of the Apple Retail Store was highly inspired by the Ritz-Carlton.
Beautiful corner room
Sweet service.
Wifi is good. Room conditions superb.
Very simple, and traditional bar , serving top end pricey drinks
Facilities are old, not worth the price
I dont get it
The moldy room and smell bad.
硬件一流,服务很差。一楼自助餐很难吃,每道菜。二楼的玉和西餐厅不好吃。17楼spa的不错。
