Goh Thow Chick Cafe was founded by the late Mr. Goh Thow Chik himself some 65 years ago. The coffee shop quickly became very popular due to the fact that it was one of the very few dining places at that time serving good and healthy food.

Cheap , fast service . The chicken rice is very good. I like the boiled chicken better. The roasted chicken is a little dry for my taste.
The soy is bit tad salty but this place is definitely my favourite chicken rice place for the past 8-10 years.

Their toaster chicken is the best in the Penang. It’s been a childhood family gathering meal to us from 90’s. Should try it, you will love their chicken with their sauce and their hainan chilli !
