The ambiance is ok. The lights are just so bright . I prefer the atmosphere in Movenpick's Blue Resto. But what I really like about Cafe Chic is the selection of fresh seafoods.The lobsters are so big!
They have a brilliant balconies for sea view , the rooms are well decorated and clean , beds are prefect. Breakfast was delicious with a wide varieties of food. It's no. #1 for me in Khobar.

Great service, but unfortunately the hotel is not well maintained, a horrible smell radiates throughout the whole hotel , and is especially bad in the rooms.. we had to cancel our booking and move.

Instead of taking the lift, we traversed the spiral staircase (is this a signatured landmark in all sofitel hotels as the one in manila also has this!) going to the resto.
The valet is very late repeatedly. The quality of the food at the restaurant is not consistent. Housekeeping cleans what they feel like cleaning only.
Over rated, it used to be one of the best hotels , but not any more the breakfast is ok, staff and the service are great, book here only when u have a good offer

Went there for the 2017 ramadan iftar.. the buffet is average..salads .. shawarma..grills..frozen fish .. you can have better items in the intercontinental for the same price.. the seating area is good

Had to change the room twice as they were both smoking ones and i have requested a non-smoking 1. Rooms are not well maintained with very low hygiene. Service quality is very poor.
