Fred Bollard is an amazing manager! He saved our entire trip and went out of the way to accommodate us! Highly, highly recommend him and his services!!!

The only complaint is cleaning staff - you have to walk through a hallway of everyone's dirty sheets ! One cleaning person ate one of my bananas and they like to shout at each other at 9am in the hall

This is the best Hampton in Jax and perfect location. Only complaint and it's minor is desk chairs are too short for the desks
