Nice hotel . Wide room, good food and perfect location. Merdeka walk and kesawan street are interesting place to visit. You can just walk 10 minutes from the hotel
Good location. If you take the train from Kualanamu airport , the train station is within walking distance. Lots of eating places nearby. Buffet is served in Spoon restaurant -- excellent lontong Medan

This hotel no longer managed by Aston group. Need maintenance of water pipe at shower area at room no 908. Overall service still excellent and still have various and delicious menu for breakfast

Everytime enter need to pay parking fee eventho just drop off. Nice hotel , great breakfast spread .
Good location in the central of Medan city . They have nice convention hall but have a very bad, small parking lot .
Service was actually excellent, they check thoroughly the room before check out. Food were a bit bland. 500m walking distance from Telkom office complex which has food stalls .
Ask for higher floor and corner room , breakfast is okay and the service is good :D

Room is normal, nothing grand hence no idea how they got 5 stars. Service is horrid. Room facilities similiar to a cheap , shitty 3 star hotel .
