love the room bery spacious had the room in 26th floor made me seen the medan city from higher view .. walking distance to the food centre and next to the biggest shopping mall in town to be Deli Park

What’s not to love about this hotel ? Comfy (and big) beds, superb rooms, delicious foods, great service. If they have transfer service to the train station , I’d call it perfect.

Stay here for the 4th time & they still have same variety of food for breakfast each day. They will give you free Rewards card & automatically become a member. Don't forget to try the health club .

The breakfast has many delicious food choices, try to eat everything! When the rooms are full, blackout is a regular guest, but it'll go away in a few minutes, so don't worry if you're in the lift ;)

My favorite 5 star in Medan. Since Medan has a funny standard of customer service, you can expect “normal” here. Oh, super comfy beds .

Love staying here!! Huge rooms, amazing view , perfect bed, great service, very nice cocktails and great breakfast buffet . The toilets are pretty interesting also ;)
