We had a great view from our room! Beautifully decorated hotel . Very spacious compared to the one we stayed at in Rome. Very helpful staff (especially the front desk guy/bartender). Simply the best!
Lovely spacious rooms & bathrooms near to supermarket & bus stop straight in to town centre. Very good front desk staff but breakfast was a little hit & miss
Spacious rooms friendly staff super location free parking even on the street if the parking is full. Now for the -ve points no free wifi no English channels TV lifts can be stressful. I Recommend it

To activate air circulation in October and avoid overheating, you need to set the thermostat to 25C or more. Windows don't have screens and there lots of mosquitos otherwise.
The Hotel is very good for free parking and has 30 free WiFi in the lobby. The breakfast is really poor lucky that there is a supermarket next door

The building and the furniture is good. The staff is not. The worst hotel staff I ever seen all around Europe.
Much better hilton garden inn . At tuscany rooms not cleaned , wifi for a fee, bfast sucks, air cond and tv not working. Serious lifts capacity problems, be ready to wait 10mins for lifts or stairs
