If you bought a defective blue-ray disc, they will not refund you the money. You need to exchange it for the same title, if they don't have it in-stock, ask for the manager and they will help you.

pharmacy 's open until 9:00 on week days. Haven't seen that at a Walmart since forever.

I made a special trip to pick up my Site to Store order & was told they must've closed an hour early tonight. I'm never over here. No one else would help.

When the sign says speedy checkout 20 items or less, it does not mean take your cart full of groceries . Yikes!!!

Customer service desk employees close early, open late , then act annoyed when someone asks for help. Had to wait an hour last time.
