Less than helpful. Took 20 minutes to be acknowledged. Even asked for someone's help, go look for him ten minutes later and he's chatting a woman up.
Normally I like bad service at Best Buy as the guys walking around jump on you like mosquitos. But I actually needed help and had to stand around desperately seeking for it
