Very quiet , well kept hotel ! It's close to many nice places in Provo, but you mostly need a taxi or a car. The staff has been very friendly and kind. The rooms are spacious and clean . Love the balcony

Pleasant resort on grace bay beach . Rooms were clean and water pressure was very strong. Service was good as well .

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They've helped make this birthday vacation extra special. Beach is amazing. Grounds are very well maintained, they're out every day trimming and cleaning .

The beaches are the best on the island (Sapodilla has the best sunsets , but is far). The staff are very nice and you feel like you are in a tropical jungle!

There is supposed to be wi-fi throughout the resort , but it is EXTREMELY shoddy. Connect to "RWI Guest" for the best chance of connecting. If it isn't working, as the front desk to reset the system.

DO NOT TOUCH the handrails or anything that is wood. It looks beautiful, that is because they are constantly painting and varnishing everything and they do not put up signs.

If you are thinking of saving money by going to the grocery store you are out of luck, it's $10 for a package of bacon and there is no stove in the room. If you want a deal, see my tip at the bar .

Its not on the menu but you can get plantains at the restaurant if you ask

Club Med seems pretty tacky compared to RWI Resort !

Staff not friendly and welcoming. Service is bad... I haven't seen anyone smiling at all! You can hardly see a portion of water from an "ocean view room". Furniture is really old. So, just stay AWAY!
