The food they provide here is reasonable price compare to kl hotels . It taste nice as well . This hotel has nice view . Worth the hotel price.

Infinity pool is great, beach is nice and clean . Rooms are shabby, rundown and poorly maintained. Restaurant service is very slow but food okay. Unwelcoming with many signs showing rules and fines!!

Love the breakfast buffet .. Nice ambiance.. Lovely sea breeze and spectacular view to enjoy while having meal.

Pretty place. Service needs to be improved. You can do much better. I won't condemn you but I will say this, your resort has plenty of potentials. Just don't disappoint people.

Service so slow..!!! Check in at 3pm but not yet get a room. And later check out at 12pm, not even 1 day stay. Suppose have 3 hours to prepare all the room. Giving bad impression to tourist .

Seaview room offer good view of the pool and the beach . Service ok 

Room is nice..but lacks of maintenance...some of bulb in the room is not working. aircond is so hot

Don't expect too much here. Not disabled people friendly environment - lift was out of order and only stairs available for use. Customer service sucks big time plus need to pay for extra towel!!!

The aircon is horrible its very hot we were staying in the junior suite 2228 and 2229.

Stingy aircon in conference room & restaurant ,bad & slow service,food no variety & tasteless,parking not safe,high rates not equivalent service,dead convenient shop.Damai Beach Resort even better!

Pool besar. Tepi pantai . Kawasan sekitar memang nampak macam awesome sangat. Dalam bilik boring, kosong dan hambar.
