Everything here is mechanical as the staff is trained as such... Ais kacang without ice-cream is same charge as ais kacang with ice-cream... Dont get it but it is fine if it is mentioned upfront. TQ
White coffee is something you must try in Penang.
It was good. Especially having a coffee in the morning in front of a busy road .
Friendly staff , good toast and spring rolls , other food just so-so but coffee is still good.
One of my favourite cafe in town but their service has deteriorated lately...waited for nearly an hour for my lunch to arrive. The whole place is manned by foreign workers.

My 3rd tip - I like this place but they are going backwards. They can't even do a proper soft boiled eggs now. A bunch of foreign workers don't even understand my request for a teaspoon. Sad.

Never go there! You will regret going there. Bad service, bad food, bad everything. Even the Director will call you up and chase for money if they have anything that you're not satisfied with.
