Can park at 1st Avenue and take the bridge on 2nd floor to go to Komtar. Parking is also cheaper.
You can get any bus for traveling outside town here. Better go to Genting Highland (recommended) that cost RM 30/person or to another place you want. Also can back to KL cost RM 35/person.
The Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) is now located in KOMTAR. You can apply/renew your passport, driving license and national identification cards here. Located on Level 2. Very convenient! ????????
In renovation, TOP is really a good outcome, is a must to visit again, waiting for the new theme park
a very sad mall with alot of empty shops. a hypermarket that had more staff than patrons. not too sure is it because i went later in the night at 9pm.
If you are from Kuantan, it is same like kuantan parade or teruntum.. if you are from ipoh, its same like yik fong complex
To take bus from Komtar to jetty, you need to wait the buses not at the terminal, walk further straight til you reach a bus stop in front of the temple , where all buses will stop and pick up ppl

Its a good place to take rapid bus and tour around the penang..
The place to see not so hot OLs. Still a decent hub for electronic stuff. Beware of products not inclusive GST.
