Lots of equipment even when its super busy (5-9) u can usually find at least one piece of cardio equipment to use. So far i like it.
There are plenty of machines , free weights, and open areas for exercising. If you don't have an established routine the express 30-minute workout area is an easy way to get started.
There's always always plenty of machines . You never have to wait. And the hydro massage bed is out of this world awesome!
I don't grunt or yell - today they warned me for HISSING! A gym that won't let you workout. Wish I could afford a gym for grown-ups.

Not one scale in the building? I understand the "no judgment" thing, but that's neurotic. A scale is not a person who judges , it's an instrument to help track your progress. Silly.
Not really a tip, but I love when the lunk alarm goes off. People just stand there, and look around at eachtoher like "who did it?"
