It's okay that you are cleaning while I'm there but consistently hitting my chair with a mop won't make me leave any sooner. Drinks are fast and service is questionable.

Starbucks -- you need to realize people like the barista at the drive up @ 9 am will drive customers away. Train your people to realize the customers pay the bills & to be more customer centric.
