Staff is nice and service is professional. Hotel decor is warm and cozy but outdated. Front desk is on 4th floor . Lots of children, foreign businessmen, and tour groups.

Very nice place and an excellent value!
The spectacular view , a little uncomfortable that the lobby is on the 4th floor .
The bathroom has a see through wall with a see through drape . So beware if you're shy lol.
Bad wifi . Good gym . For such a new hotel , the rooms and amenities have not aged well .
Fratelli cafe/takeaway has great sandwiches but service is always sloooow
Go to Royale Burgers . Skip the burger and get the chicken sandwich and a pork slap. Ask for special sauce - Leslie
The pillows are very comfortable and softy!!!^^
Take the subway to Forbiden City , its easy and safe... and fun :-)

Best hotel breakfast with amazing service (Robin is a great server!). Large and modern rooms with a rainfall shower and high tech toilet. Incredible views. Highly recommended and worth the price. - Winnie
