Just too priceyyy!!! I don't understand why more expensive restaurants here in tehran get more crowded ! I guess that's how it works in Iran. You make something expensive and people will buy more of it

You have to make ur expectation low. Their food was average.All the waiters are turkish and even they couldn’t understand english!!!!!

Unreasonable prices.They bring you salad and some appetizers before you order anything and at the end you will be charged the amount of money that u could never guess ????

Weve been there two weeks ago. My experience is great appetizers , cold meal, poor service and of course very expensive prices in compare to other great restaurants around!

Too expensive for the service and quality of food served. Don't fall for the small little plates served at your table as they will add big numbers to your bill. Doesn't worth it and not going back????????

They did not have 2 of the appetizers on menu so i ordered Köfte there was a thick black hair in it! They forgot to bring the fries ! The steak was ice cold. The only good thing was the meat quality

Very slow service. Hope you have a lot of time to wait. It was not extremely busy but took forever to get our meal. When we got our meal it was cool.Overall an expensive food with a bad quality.

The most expensive ordinary restaurant in Iran. Impolite and rookie staff . A waiter poured drinks on me, yet there were no apologies, I had to clean the mess myself, and they merely changed my seat.

Such a great experience there,this is a turkish resturant with different turkish food such as iskander kebab . You should taste their katmer dessert the brittle dough fill by pistachio and cream????

My only choice for steak ???? In Tehran. Love ❤️ their food , salads , coffee and everything they have in their menu ????????

Tried the Lamb Ribs (Kuzu Kafes ) in medium rare and it was just delicious. Some of the waiters are Turkish guys from Turkey . Very polite and professional. This place has valet parking and waiting room

Lamb kabab was good but not worth what you pay. The place is simply overpriced. One piece of dolma was 13 tomans and it was tasteless. Kabab+lemonade+1 dolma+1 içli köfte=140 tomans=a real ripoff

We asked for well done Dallas steak which was superb ???? and medium rib-eye steak which was not satisfying ????may be its well done was a better choice ????mix salad was delicious ???? knafeh was so good ????

Its good but so crowded , they didn’t ask how does my steak cook and brig well done one, i prefer the cufte .i love the kenafe but its too expensive

Despite of several negative comments I liked Kassab and I was satisfy with my order which was Cream Steak(khame steak ).Pricey but a must try.

The previous experience at Fereshteh st. Branch was really better and I hope that the negative points in Saanaa branch were duo to the new opening of this restaurant !!! ????

The prices are way too high for what you get, i went there with my GF paid 440,000 tomans for two steaks an appitizer and some soft drinks ...will not go again..suggested if you have money to thro away

Best steak choice in Tehran, restaurant is not really clean comparing to sanitary standards but delicous, there us a good rib choice & also a creamy steak , don't forget to try Katmer (baklava )

Dande Kebab is good; Eskandar Kebab is better! But DO NOT miss their Turkish dessert ????

Kassab gives you a semi-delicious experience, but I don't like it that they even charge you for the things you haven't ordered like plain water. Also, a waiter in Iran needs to speak Persian please!

Expensive but tasty. Katmer is super delicious.

If you want to give it a try I highly recommend to order only main dish, because starters are very small and too expensive that don’t worth to pay for them. But Steaks are greatly flavored

Witnessed two individuals badly slip and fall due to greasy floors by the bathroom . Edible food but the horrendous service and communication tilted the overall experienced in the negative territory.

I had the mixed dish this time,yes it was yummy, but soOo bad greasy.I prefer something more healthy instead.nice staff .
