Hotel nice with great beach.Middle of George Town and Batu Ferringhi are main attractions (Easy to access from hotel by new buses (rapid Penang bus ) from Morning till 11 pm charge around 3-5 MYR.

Should take a suite if u came over here . But Dont take any deluxe room , u will sure regret ! Their suite is clean , nice and tidy ! And the seaview is really refreshing !

Nice pool. Nice lounge . Good front desk service. Nice room. Good environment. Just the lift is a bit old. Sometimes stuck when opening the doors. Other than that, im satisfied.

Food is good, room is spacious and clean , beach is just in front of the hotel . Kids friendly too. Great for chillaxing

Suite facing the beach was so windy had a beautiful view of the sea, it was very relaxing vacation

Im definitely sure that this hotel can never imprv and grw bigger in future.They hv no prvt beach yet they drive out me and my friends who were using the publc beach , we didnt even go into their hotel

2-bedded suite face sea & mountain . Spacious w beautiful views . Front desk staff friendly . F&b staff hassled looking. Breakfast average quality. Value for money . 10 min drive fr gurney plaza .

They seriously have problems with the super-limited parking spaces available to the customers... you wont enjoy being here and instead stress about to get a parking space again whenever you go out :(

The cafe in the hotel serves quite a good food. The hotel is a bit old though but overall service is good.

Nice hotel to stay.. Kids friendly .. Beach is just infront of the hotel ..which is my fav!! But the parking space is limited.. 1st come 1st served.. Wish u good luck lo.. :p

They have discounts for some of the seaside activities such as parasailing...only for hotel guests

Nite shift front office not meet expectation to reach a great hotel .

The food is so so. wifi available only in the living room, not at the balcony and inside bedroom. elevator got 3, only 2 working n so friggin slow. can't find my way to the fitness room.

Hotel is nice and cosy, but the front desk staff was terrible, i think she need more training , for explaining room rate of RM 287.70 as RM 28.70 per nite, and minimum 2 pax as maximum 2 pax per room..

The Internet is slow . Also have problem to access sometimes . So . Another side it's good .

Won't rate it as 4 stars. I will rate it as a 3 star hotel . Pool are not clean . Rooms are quite clean . However, their buffet are not worth for try, not clean enough.

Good place to relax but they should do something about cleaning up the beach area . Picked up 3 broken glasses just by walking a few metres.

I was here 4 years ago n it appears some renovation had been done, so look fairly new and clean .

This hotel is the worst I have ever came over. Their beach was public but the staff forced me and my friends out of the beach . They even force us to leave through a the carpark.

Not recommended. It's known as 4stars but no promises made are being fulfilled. The officer bang in my room door. How would a hotel let their man get into the room when customer already check in?!!!!

Seaview room is pretty good. Nice view nice beach . But wifi is really bad.

Staff has the worst attitude ever. Never ever coming back here! Had to find a room just to overnight and their attitude was so bad, I strongly recommend the hotels beside it.

Staying in their 2 beded suite room. Nice n cosy but the aircond at the living hall is not cold enough...

Been here couple of times & will be coming back here again soon....

The hotel seriously need to look out for a better security and also the lift is in terrible conditions. Not safe is what I can say.

No wifi inside room n balcony but there's wifi once u step OUTSIDE your room. Not enough parking . Breakfast is so so. There's actually no difference between non-smoking n smoking room

Watch ur children when they are outside..
