Big airport but the way they managed it is not professional. Divided into too many sub terminal and sub gate, no clear signage. Some airlines uses a few different sub terminals. Need to come early

DAMRI shuttle buses to many destinations are located in terminal 2F arrival area. Damri buses cost less than 5usd per person to get you to the city . Some of then even have free slow wi-fi onboard

Same as always, it takes very long time to pick up baggage. I am wondering why it takes so late... Wifi also does not work...

Baggage claim is always taking very long time... always sent very long time.

Buy some souvenir first for the staff abroad, cheaper than in the city .

Free wifi does not work well , the smoking area is located at edge of cafe ...too bad...

SSID free@wifi.id is the free wireless LAN - click to get free access. No imap-ssl or ssh though.

Shoud be a reconstruction for better services in future :)

The terminal is okay. Not dirty . Long wait on baggage site. Extra long wait on public transportation in the evening..

This a disaster terminal. Lounge is closed while flights are still there. Water machine is broken. This is so much worse than T3.
