Air Asia has a self check-in machine here. Come early in case there's a long queue.

My flight was at midnight & most shops & restaurants were already closed. Midnight is busy as there are several flights scheduled around that time, but most tenants don’t seem to bother.

The terminal is very organized the services are excellent

It’s totally dead inside. Do not expect to enjoy shopping here. Most of the duty free shops closed (or moved to the new terminal) already!

Always crowdy in the morning, everybody look rushy.

Quite slow lion group team to send the baggage more than a hour

It was better than terminal 1 but now it is not as good as terminal 3 ultimate

A lousy international airport ... Immigration queue is very long and baggage claim feels like forever... Crowded and hot. So embarassing!
