In haji season the best way to the lobi from your room is by taking the stairs. It is faster than the lift, plus you get your fitness for your hajj.

Generally speaking hotel business and services in the kingdom are way below the average we are receiving less for what we are paying to be specific room needs better cleanliness and care.

Be patient for the elevator , some times using the emergency stairs is more faster than "it". But overall this hotel is worth to stay. :)

I think with some basic training to reception staff in communications, public dealing and believe it or not: queuing theory will enable them to do a much better job

Happy staying alone in this 4 beds in a room...more privacy and comfort

My last experience here was way better than this current one. They got the rooms mixed up and the service was below than what I have expected. Hate leaving this negative review, but oh well .
