Restaurant tied to a research university that focuses on sustainable raised fish . Lunch sets are very reasonable and the fish is very tasty, though not as fatty as what you'd normally expect.
Good sashimi bar in Osaka. Incredible long waiting line . No English menu available, but a staff can speak English. However, it's difficult to know what exactly is. Lol. Just asked for signature dishes
