ベビールームは4F女子トイレの手前に確認。狭い！授乳スペース（個室 ）2つ、おむつ替え用ベッド2台あるけど、ベビーカーで入ると身動きが取れない。女子トイレ前 にソファ が置いてある休憩スペースがかなり広く取られていて、そのスペースをくれよと思ってしまう。
郵便局 があるので便利ですよ‼️
5,6階北西側トイレ前 にガラス張り休憩スペースあり。ちょっとわかりにくい場所だから人が少なくてまったりできます。
駅近で待ち合わせや食事場所もたくさんあり便利。
地上38階地下3階（高さ179.5m）
子供らが水辺で遊んでいても おっけー。注意されませーーん。
