One of the best hotel in langkawi, aircond in good condition, everything is clean , tv is big, very spaces , good service , food is good as well . I will rate the hotel at 8/10

The customer service is good, manager greets me by name. Rooms are huge! Bathroom is a bit small la. The price I paid was quite value for money .

WiFi was good enough to upload pics on FB. But on weekends, very unstable "always unable obtain ip address", maybe bcos surplus guest.

The hotel has refurbished the rooms since I was here 5-6 years ago. The view from my room was nothing to shout at. The least they could do is clear all the rubbish dumped nearby.

Overall, okay. Not that bad but not that good too. No telephone service, something to do with wiring, makes room service is not reachable. Can't connect to WiFi . Got spider web on the ceiling.

Not an acceptable 3star hotel at my std. Balcony glass door can't be lock and close. Is noisy as is facing the main road . Curtain has some kinna stinky smell too:/

Don't ever come to this hotel . Service bad, keep saying wifi under maintenance, phone under maintenance, pillow not hygiene! Balcony glass door cant lock . Inside the room have cockroaches and cicak!!

👎No Q-tip, a/c not cooling, tv broken. Luckily hot water&ceiling fan was functioning.

Hmm... one of the worst hotel i ever stay... toothbrush n toothpaste out of stock, Bad soundproofing, towel smell weird, feel like keeping in the storage for some times.
