French colonial decor, eclectic music , French/Khmer menu, they also serve pizza , full bar , espresso-based drinks, good second floor seating w/ great people watching . Coq Au Vin is not their specialty.
Pick a seat upstairs by the window, a good place to people watch while you eat. Try the omelette with salami & ham under the breakfast menu (all day!) for just $4
Sit on the second level by the windows. Have them turn the fan overhead, grab a fruit slush and watch the market scene across.
Delicious food and nice service. Recommended dish: Khmer Fried noddle with beef

Their coconut shake is superb, not too sweet.
