Enjoyed my stay here although hotel is always crowded with China tourists . Take hotel shuttle bus to Mongkok area and stop at Langham Place.

Exploring Sonata 2/F for tea buffet and the service is appalling... We arrived 2:55pm and was told to sit till 3pm sharp for food cos the buffet starts 3...

Lousy hotel with expensive paid breakfast , extremely small rooms and very noisy conditioning system. You cannot open the windows, so you cannot breathe when the aircon is off.

Ночью в номере 95% влажности, +25° и нулевой приток свежего воздуха. Хотя кондёр стоял на +20°, трижды просыпался ночью и махал входной дверью, чтобы проветрить. На форточках откручены ручки.

Отличный отель . Номера не большие, но уютные . Быстрый, халявный wi-fi. Убирают каждый день, всякие мелочи вроде тапок, принадлежностей для ванной, хватает с избытком.

Нормальный отель с отзывчивым персоналом ! Sky lounge на 30 этаже обязателен к посещению!!
