Nice hotel (even if bed was too short for me and there bathroom doesn't have a real door - not suitable for romantic trips) location is great, rooms are nice and staff are friendly .

If you'll stay here, be sure to pay/ask for the lounge access. There's a lot of free in there and you dont need to compete with the wifi connectivity at the lobby coz it's fast and free in the lounge .

Location could be a bit closer to the good food and mtr but still a short walk. Amenities are great like shuttle service , candy station, free WiFi , friendly staff . Typical small room. 4/5

This is our very 1st trip here after staying at Traders & Conrad. Of course, I cant compare the room size for the price we pay. But so far since check in, the service has been great! Fingers crossed!

Nicely located with transport links to Olympic MTR & mong kok station. Less than a hour to travel from the airport with free k5 shuttle bus stopping outside the hotel . Free city shuttle bus & 4g phone

They provide a free smart phone for you to use in the room, for free calls, internet access and WiFi tethering . You can also take the phone with you during the stay. Awesome!

We booked directly through the hotel website and was able to avail of the smartphone service. They let you borrow a smartphone with 3G wc you can also use as a hotspot; very convenient!

Nice cosy rooms . Location isn't too bad, it's about 10 mins walk to the nearest MTR station . There's a hotel coach that runs every hour, and customer service was excellent!

I've stayed here for months. Everything else on par with Rosedale. But the restaurant is far behind the other one, not to mention Dorsett also don't have a bar . If you get to choose, choose next door

Friendly staffs and excellent service. Son suddenly developed fever, the staffs called the clinic to book an appointment for us and even took us to the clinic .

Great place! The hotel staffs are super friendly and nice, always willing t give advices on where t go. Rooms are small but cosy, definitely be here again!

They really show concern to their customer... Even rent umbrella to their guest on rainy day and very friendly to their guest. Thumbs up for their really good service . :-)

I can't find what is different btw superior and comfort. (just if including iPod dock or not, rooms are still small) If a grade up, would be the same as well . I need to have space for work at room...

Walk to Olympic is between 5-7 mins tops via a covered walkway. Housekeeping are fine. I.E. Ignore the comments below (though not the bed one as I think they could be a little longer). Great service.

The business lounge is ace after a long day out, kick back and surf with a fine cup of java.

best shuttle driver is the one in the morning. forgot to ask his name.. but he's the best! good english too. :) gave lots of advice.

This is for the first time i was check in . I got the room at 3 aclock, its bad. Room small, clean , have a complimantary mineral water. No wifi in the room, in thw lobby is free.

Yes, I definately agree housekeeping doesn't know the meaning of Do NOT disturb. Every weekend morning I have to open the door (without any prepare tof meet another one) and say "please later"..

The superior deluxe is amazingly small + walking distance to MTR is amazingly far!!!

The McDonalds that's literally across the street from the hotel was very convinient for getting cheap midnight snacks !

Do not leave Do Not Disturb button on when you go out. They will not clean/housekeep your room even you remind them at the Lobby when DnD is on.
