4-star hotel with 5hstar hotel service. Excellent! Fast check in, air conditioning is really cool and cold, wifi is super fast, comfort and spacious room , great spread of breakfast and more.. Love it!

nice place, the facilities so far so good. gym , swimming pool , and the room are excellent. and the buffet breakfast is really good. but the water is yellow idk why~

4-Star hotel 5-Star service. Open Mar 2014. Toilet lobby clean . Near convenient stores , food mall . Excellent hospitality . Sign agreement for not to smoke, take Durian fruit inside room at checked in.

Clean rooms and good service . The staffs are friendly too. There is Food Emporium next to the hotel and a convenience (similar to 7-11) shop opposite it. It takes about 30 min to airport .

Staff it's very kind; amenities gym , pool, ex lounge so nice and clean ; love the breakfast .

Hospitality and Facility is awesome but every taxi drivers doesn't know this hotel location. you should say to "Sunter, hotel holiday inn " when you take a taxi .

Accesible, very convinience location if you bring car. Although no good shopping mall within walking distance but you have a very descent food mall attached to this hotel .

The smell of new hotel is always nice. Clean . Plus they provided bolster when asked.

Breakfast was very good. Staff are welcome! Its a very nice hotel

Stayed at 3rd floor. Room is spacious but reeking of cigarette smoke. The bottany restaurant put smokers inside the same room as the non smokers (no outside seatings for smokers).

Love the breakfast . Nice swimming pool area :-) try the executive lounge:-)

If you go to trade show it is ok but of you stay longer, you Will not be satisfy: only 1 restaurant , not everything available on the menu, nothing special around!

Nice Breakfast and nice ambience.

Too few non-smoking rooms. It is sickening hotels in this country still encourage smoking culture. Smoking in airplanes was banned decades ago. Holiday Inn should show leadership by example.

We booked a deluxe room with extra bed and were told the rooms are big enough for thia purpose. They are not.

This hotel is fit for leisure or business travellers

Hotel mewah dgn harga sekelas bintang 5, kamar bagus sekali, breakfast enak2, & staf ramah2. Sangat jarang saya merekomendasikan sebuah hotel , tapi Holiday Inn ini salah satunya. Worth every penny!

Hotelnya bagus , kamarnya nyaman & karyawannya pun ramah ...kebetulan lg buat event gathering disini...ballroom nya keren...bagian plafond nya dong unik, lampu2nya keren

Receptionist dngan nama Sakti. Salah mengatur kamar tamu" saya. Alhasil dari 8 orang yang bisa dapat breakfast hanya ada 2 yang bisa. Malu lah saya di depan tamu" yang sudah datang dari luar kota
