The staff at this hotel are very helpful and will go out of their way to assist. They will greet you every day with a smile. There is a nice restaurant for breakfast which us buffet style .
They didn't clean the room after I put the sign for a clean .

I love the bed, it was so comfortable. The location was also great, on top of Emporium Mall, so easy to get foods. I tried the breakfast food, so disappointed, the porridge was cold. - Ibu Widi
