City Flats is such a cool place to stay and just hang out when in GR. Sunday night 3-course dinner was tasty and a great deal! ($25 for two people)

The fifth floor is 100% haunted. They won't admit it, but I hear rattling chains and REM's Night Swimming every time I'm put on the fifth floor. Beware (if you don't like REM)!

Home away from home. The staff here is great and rooms excellent. Ask for a room with a view of the street if you have AT&T and want to get cell service.

Brittany is best in service . Always hooks you up with the good rooms. If she can. : ) Service at bar is always great! I stay here atleast twice a month. Favorite hotel !!!

Very helpful and friendly staff , but the design itself feels like a dorm. The floor is something like linoleum, which is weird for a hotel . Good location.

I heard good things about the hotel , but honestly, the room was small, the layout awful and it felt like the basic cheap IKEA, which would be fine if it wasn't 230 a night. Expensive and poor service.

Wireless internet does not work well in guest rooms due to building age.

Rooms are small and no frills ie. no mini fridge or coffee maker.

4 tables and 2 servers working. Waited 10 minutes for service, got up and got our own menus. Waited another 10 and left. I can see why they were almost empty on Father's Day.
