Has a wide spread of breakfast choices. Staff speaks prefect English and very service orientated. I have been staying at this hotel everytime I visit Nagoya.

Great location an elevator ride away from the JR and Meitetsu rail stations . Comfortable rooms with many western amenities and impeccable staff !

You dont have to go out from the hotel area if you wanna go shopping. Takashimaya is just around the corner! Near the train station .. There's also a lot of restaurant & convenient store nearby

If you want five stars service, should stay on concierge floor. On lower floor, they don't have turndown service and calm breakfast time. I have never had classy feeling.

The Concierge Lounge on 15F is one of the best hotel lounges I have seen

This hotel is amazing. Service. Amenities . Location. Our only gripe, in my room at least, was the lack of power bedside.

If the breakfast buffet isn’t included in your rate, skip it and go downstairs for food. It’s alright for free.

Don’t come here with kids, very unfriendly environment. Pool closed for kids after 6pm, cannot use any ofthe amenities .

名古屋駅JRセントラルタワーズの上部にあり、駅敷地内から直で入ることができる。角部屋にあたる5号室、20号室は眺望も殊更よく、オススメ。最上階は52F。日本料理店、中華料理店 、イタリア料理店 、フランス料理店 、バー 、ラウンジ あり。

マタニティ用の抱き枕 の無料貸し出しあり。こども用のパジャマ、スリッパのサイズ各種あり。新幹線が見える部屋プランを利用するとロビー で運転士の制服着用で写真 が撮れたり新幹線グッズがもらえる。もちろんプランでなくても「新幹線の見える部屋」というだけなら予約時にリクエストすれば、空室なら対応してくれる。

超駅近、JR、名鉄、近鉄へのアクセスも超便利。レストラン 街だし、地下街も即アクセスできる。メンバーになり早割り有効利用しよう。運良くアップグレートルームも、名古屋東海地区の出張には文句なくここでしょ^_^

위치, 조식은 정말 훌륭합니다:) 그러나 부대시설 이용에 추가요금이 부가되고, 룸컨디션에 비해선 비싼거 같네요ㅠㅜ

ジム とプール とお風呂 がお気に入りです????ラウンジ も好きです♪駅の上というアクセスの良さが大変便利です。今回は久しぶりに車で来ましたが駐車場 がいっぱいでした。車で来るなら早めの到着がおすすめです！

ロビー のラウンジ は、このクラスのホテル としてはあまり高くなく、駅ビル周辺のカフェ が混雑 している時でも空いています。

駅直結のため、ロビー がいつも煩いのは高級 ホテル としては致命傷。

正直プラチナ以上のステータスを得てから泊まるべき

I am not going to stay this hotel again! worst service I have never known. 二度と泊まらないホテル の内の一つ。
