Great hotel , good location. Good restaurants and bar . Staff is GREAT, friendly & accommodating. Very nice rooms.

Excellent staff & great location. Close to several subway stations and lots of restaurants . Dining at the hotel is prohibitively expensive , especially with 20 great restaurants within a 5 minute walk

Great bars in area, the service at the hotel bar is pretty bad and it's very expensive . Rather explore surrounds across the street. Hotel needs an update but overall good. Free wifi in lobby only!

Eat breakfast after 9 a.m. on weekends. Before 9, it's really crowded at the terrace 2nd floor cafe . But foods are delicious.

Rumors are that the lobby and restaurants are going to get a much needed remodel soon. The rest of the hotel is slowly being remodeled now floor by floor. Gym & pool are in a sad state .

Rooms are shabby and badly in need of remodeling. WiFi isn't free but the code this month is GUESTMAR2014 so you should be able to work it out.

Try the happy Hour for cocktails at Gallery lounge at Lobby it's only 2,000 JPY from 6-8pm all you can drink .

Curry buffet lunch is back until mid august. Delicious

Wifi is very spotty in lobby. No free wifi for $350/night room - are you kidding?!

ホスピタリティーは一流、けれど時代にあっていない部屋と、裸足で歩いたら絶対足が痒くなるのはダニいすぎということですかな？もう少しお掃除頑張って頂きたい、かリフォームの時期が来た。
