Excellent luxury ,very clean ,quiet and is ON the Dead Sea,has 4 swimming pools(one of them is the infinity pool )

Tried the spa . Amazing place. Very spacious with a lot of privacy and superb service. Tried the Arabic massage and felt that the therapists are well trained and genuinely interested in your well being

Most luxurious resort at the Dead Sea. Arrange a massage at the spa and dine st the Italian restaurant . Great experiences!

The customer service at this hotel is extraordinary. After a flight delay, the manager did everything he could to make sure our stay was perfect even though we arrived late! @kempinski

Good heated outdoor pools ,bottled water available.but often miscommunication with staff-need to check/explain twice.good restaurant "the codes", "Ashur" is not very qualitative so far

Very pretty and luxurious , great rooms, nice and helpful staff . The only annoying thing are the drunk israeli and complaining russians..

I read bad reviews about the customer service but in our experience it was impeccable. Check in/out were straightforward and staff was efficient and friendly

There is a problem with big bath towels after clearning the room! You come back from the beach and can't use the shower because if it! Awful service in restaurants ! Can't call for a bottle of water!

Best Resort , Best Rooms, Best Pools n Spa yet WORST Customer Service

They looked through my stuff in the hotel room at night, opened my wallet and counted the money then locked the safe and had me call the front desk to unlock it for "safety reasons". Worst hotel

Great atmosphere, services, and rooms..

With the increase in size the quality has declined. No pork , awful Italian restaurant , slow service that's way too ugly-male. The rooms and pools are still great.

Awful smells all around including amazingly inside the spa .. And if u think it is Dead Sea mud, u are wrong

Chair in the room is burned by cigarretеs. Light in the wardrobe doesn't switch off and at the balcony doesn't work at all. Too many loud people at the dinner . No relax here(
