One of the very best facilities in town ! Massive swimming pool , plenty of machines and a friendly staff . Your money is definitely paid back.
Great range of classes , all of which have very high female to sparse male ratios, which can be a plus I guess! Give everything a go. Book early. Everything fills up quick. Modern gym . Great staff .
A gym with an air-conditioned fitness suite , pool & sauna / steam room within a few minutes walk of both home & work? What's not to like?!
Excellent free running club meets outside here at 7pm every Tuesday. Look out for T-shirts marked 'Hyde Park Harriers'.

Nice facility to work out u just have to pay 96p to upgrade your membership if you are student
Avoid the resistance area if you do not like waiting for equipment - it is usually quite busy unless you are a very early riser or late gym-goer!
Nice classes , the zumba one really burns your calories off
Make use of the free to member classes . Non members can also attend classes for £6.
The mixed changing rooms are a bit of a shock!
Expensive gym , but does the job, state of the art equipment, good atmosphere, but you might struggle to get machines that are free most of the time
the mecca of discipline and character building... oh yeah, and body too!
Dont sit next to the speakers at spinning class
Be sure to unwind in the steam room and sauna after your swim
