The Edward Boyle Library contains the main collections for Science and Engineering. It also contains the reference, high demand and 7-day loan books for all subjects.

My most fav place at the UoL. The books that are being borrowed by someone else can be asked by us through the system and we will receive notification via email when the books are returned.
Probably the largest of Leeds Uni’s libraries in terms of floorspace & a great place to work since its renovation. The varied seating available on level 12 (social sciences) is particularly good.
Level 8 is perfect to work in when you want to do group work. Also great to work if you like little hussle bustle around. :)
The door to the basement cluster near the fire exit is a pull door. You'll look a bit daft if you try to push through it.
If you're planning on using the otherwise very good silent study areas on floor 13, wrap to warm due to the hyperactive air con up there.
Nice place to study, not enough sockets to plug in your laptop though!
I'd tell you the quietest spot in the building, but I like the peace and quiet , so... No.
Love reading magazines here. Surely, textiles section will b missed after graduated
Printer in the clusters are fast. Always a lot of students in the clusters though.
Level 13 if your male has a disabled toilet , use it save the trek.
Always look in the learning centre bits of the clusters, rite tend to be quieter and more space
The 11th floor PC Cluster is the best on campus, there's always lots of space
If you're male and require a working toilet , level 8 is your only option.
Library looks deserted . .. :(
Relaxed university cafe by the entrance to the Edward Boyle Library. The coffee is better than most other places around the campus & the seeded flapjacks are perfect after after a gym session. - Dave Milne
