Historically rich place to sit and observe the day unfolding before you indulging with the variety of rich and freshly made cakes and pastries ! Coffee is good but not outstanding.
Beautiful interior and special coffee bar . Coffee was alright, many Maltese delights - delicious nougat. Beware of opening hours, it opens later than stated .
A Malta institution.. Come here for some traditional Maltese pastries or pastizzi and enjoy the beautiful interior of the historic building !
amazing ice cream ???? probably the best in Malta
One of the most iconic Caffetteria in Malta . Quality foods, coffees and even delicious "souvenirs" to take home.
Everything is way too sweet, and the pastries are not so good, I am a little disappointed about the lemon meringue , but very pretty and lovely place.
Honey rings (Qaghaq ta’ l-Ghasel) are a local delicacy - pastry filled with black treacle, marmalade , orange peel , spices and honey - a symbol of Malta
Walking down the republic street in valletta you will bump into it on your left hand, it's good and cheap for take away cheesecakes but it's not worth it to spend time and money inside whatsoever..
Lively on a Valletta main shopping street, with great Maltese ftira and other breakfast and lunch specialties.
THE place to go for coffee or snacks in Valletta! Everything is just awesome.
Don't miss traditional Maltese cheese Pastizzi ????????????
Nice area, nice traditional caffe and a great Cappuccino ☕️
It was a little bit expensive because it is located at the centre of Valletta. However the food was very nice!
This place has amazing cake all of so delicious and coffees are very nice...
Most likely the best pastiz in town .
Great place to sit outside on the square and watch the world go by.
Nice place to sit. But warm coke and cold coffee paired with semi friendly staff .
Love everything about this restau! Great foods, desserts , location, friendly staffs and the interrior of the caffe.
The classic maltese coffee shop which is synonymous with Valletta. A must visit!
Lovely food, but served one of the flattest pints I’ve had in my life.
I am from Greece,I was there in this historic cafe on July 2016.nice coffee but lots of flies....
Crazy good gelato , had the biscotti gelato and was not disappointed.
Love by tourists , hate by locals
May be the oldest coffee in Malta but everything was below average. Food, coffee , service, cleanliness, wifi connection .
Good for takeaway !Cheesecake costs only 60 cents and it's very flavorful.
Try some Maltese specialties and sit on the square.
Old school service cafe and a top people watching location
Everything offered is good. The coffee is special.
Marvellous place. Tasty and authentic maltese snacks .
Try the almond biscuits with your latte
Dnt go. the staff work more than 10hour shifts with only one 20minute break.... b4 u say anything, just imagine having to put yp with that! Boycott!
Excellent spot for coffee & sweets
Lemon Cheesecake
I like the chocolate eclair
Amazing ice cream !!! Probably the best on Malta !
Superb quality
The halve tarte was not fresh. Matese peach liquer was very good ????
If you're talking business in this historic caffe(built in 1837), don't whip out the Powerpoint. It just doesn't seem right. Nice icecream . Good price.
Nice pizza and food. Everything is beautiful
Caffe Cordina
We had to wait over 40 minutes before we could order. This place has too few waiters , and their waiter-table system is awful. Avoid at all cost as soon as the place is half full I'd say.
Maybe my fav lunch spot in Malta .
Place is crowded and service is rushed but you have to go at least once.
Fantastic place, don't forget to look inside.
Such a huge portions ) it is really enough to have only kind of pasta. - Vladislav Barahnin
We've tried only their cocktails: whisky sour was okay, pink mojito was really tasty. - Jakub Zaczek
Great view of the port , lovely gardens. Cannon fire at 12:00 and 16:00!! Don't miss it !! - Katie Kt
It worth several visits. It’s big and it has so many art to appreciate. I have to go there again. - Alexey Rubtsov
