Best outdoor work out time is before 930 am. Great for walking/running on the beach . But take your room key with you otherwise you can't get back into the resort

Happy Hour is not a time to read a book by the pool. Two large beers at 5, two large beers at 530, two Gin n Tonics at 655. Don't mess with the formula!

The Marketplace is open from 0830 until 1900. Quiet hours start at 2200. Make use of the beautiful amenities !
