The service is really bad - ruins any of the ambiance that the resort offers elsewhere in abundance. The Chill Bar staff need a kick up the derrière and understand what customer service means!
Check your Bill when you have happy hour , cause yesterday we have seen that they put everything twice!!! IT was really sad hour!!!
